The Chroma 7503 utilizes white light interference technology to measure and analyze the surface profiles of micro-nano structures, employing a sophisticated scanning system and innovative algorithms. Its modular design offers flexible configurations for diverse testing applications, allowing the mounting and direct switching of up to five lens types without manual changes. The electrical adjustment mobile platform can automatically position samples, and its large scanning range on both vertical and horizontal axes supports various automated measurements. The system facilitates rapid, nondestructive surface texture measurements suitable for R&D, production, and academic research, achieving a 60mm vertical scanning stroke and sub-micro resolution on the horizontal axis.
