The Chroma 7505-05 is a multifunctional optical measuring system for testing optical image quality on products like smartphone metal cases, batteries, and cover glasses. This system architecture utilizes high and ultra-high resolution cameras, along with laser scanners, to capture images, applying a concept similar to reverse engineering theory with 2D and 3D probes for comprehensive data analysis. Equipped with newly patented high-speed flow channel measurement technology, the system conducts multi-dimensional measurements by moving the unit under test across a conveying table at high speed.
The Chroma 7505-05 measuring system integrates high-efficiency optical master system software for measuring dimensional ranges, allowing users to set detection areas with upper and lower limits. It can display a measured dimension histogram showing the quality of each test item, along with SPC control charts, on the software main screen. Additionally, the report storage function saves test data for each device, enabling immediate data collection, statistics, and process monitoring information. This real-time process control capability allows for early detection of potential issues while improving process efficiency and competitiveness.
